but it takes us bravery to actually do this. 

the message that i still kept in my phone. sometimes when i re-read the sms, it make me smile. but thinking and experience of what i going through now its not easy. just like you said.

 People always talk behind our back. Friends always lose when in a game with special person. A mistake make delete the thousands deed done. People reject us without any explanation. People ignore us.  A friend backstabbing a friend. a friend leaves you for a new one. and someone make you angry. 

all  of these make you ................ (blur).........

but out of all sometimes we just need to sit, have our own time, without anyone else, to think! think about what should we do, what should we change, and what should we improve! sit and gain spirit back...
